Here's the Dill . . .
Started in 2014 out of the kitchen at the Farm to Table Restaurant, The Supper Club at the Greensburg Train Station, by Chef Greg Andrews, his wife Ashlee and her mother Deb Driggers, The Pickled Chef is a family owned and operated Local Western Pennsylvania based producer of artisanal, all natural, small batch pickles, pickled vegetables, sauces and condiments, jams and jellies, raw fermented kim chi and sauerkrauts and fresh dressings, spreads and snacks.
These products are hand packed and processed utilizing Chef Greg’s uniquely created recipes featuring the highest quality ingredients and local produce whenever possible.
In 2023, The Pickled Chef team produced over 30 jars of which can now be purchased at over two dozen local Grocery Stores, Specialty Shops and at regional Farmers Markets and Events.
At many seasonal events you can also enjoy one of Chef Greg's FAMOUS GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES which features local white cheddar cheese and local fresh baked bread along with many of The Pickled Chef's unique sauces and condiments, most popular being the Dill Pickle Relish, Apple-Maple-Bourbon Jam, Tomato Jam, Basil-Herb Pesto and More!
